Darche Super Dome Swag

The Darche Super dome swag, just like the Darche Original dome swag is made with good old fashioned Australian quality, it comes with a few extra features. A hoop has been added to the centre of the swag creating extra room by lifting the fly mesh and canvas further from your body. A zipper has been added to the rear panel so now rather than a window it has become an alternative entrance sometimes referred to as the shooters entrance.
Maintaining Darche’s Original dome swags reputation only now with a little bit more swag. It makes an ideal accommodation option for a trip to the top end of Queensland or a four wheel drive trip though Victoria’s high country.

 Poles form the hoop that attach to the swag through PVC hangers. If you have ever had to thread your swag poles through canvas loops you will know that they seemed as if they weren’t meant to fit through. The PVC hangers make attaching the poles simple and easy.
Simply slide the pin of the sturdy alloy pin and ring fitting (that is attached to the base of the swag via the ring) into the base off the pole ferules, once both ends of the pole are connected to either side of the swag via the pins, simply snap the C clips (that are placed around the end of the swag) to the poles creating the tension holding the top of the swag in a dome shape. Great ventilation is achieved from the internally zipped rear window, and the inbuilt mozzie net which covers the top two thirds of the swag.
 The dome design has become very popular, not only does it keep the net and canvas elevated away from your face to allow for air flow and extra head room the dome also creates extra space so you can take things you may need to bed with you. When I retire for the night to my swag, I like to take a drink bottle for the midnight dries and then there’s my torch, maybe even a good book.  Darche swags have also thought of your feet, with the end canvas domed for extra foot room, keeping the heavy weight of the canvas off your feet. Poles: The Darche Super Dome Swag comes with high tensile three piece shock corded alloy poles that are made to last in Australia’s harsh conditions.

Fly Screen: The Darche Super Dome Swag is fitted with a UV stabilised polyester heavy weight fly wire mesh, to the top entry and rear window.

Mattress: The Darche Super Dome swag comes with a 50mm mattress that comes with a cotton cover so it can be removed and washed easily.

Floor: The floor of the Darche Super Dome swag is a heavy duty 500gsm PVC floor to make sure that you stay dry.

Zips: The Darche Super Dome swag is fitted with heavy duty no.10 spiral zippers.

Size: Darche Super dome has been made large enough for the big fella measuring 2130mm long and 880mm wide for the single. The Darche Super dome swag also comes in a double measuring 2130mm long and 1400mm wide so there will be no excuse to leave the missus at home.
